To organise or to participate in an event is an event itself. There is lot what goes to make an event a success and one such ingredient of successful event is planning and preparation. This not only takes time but also requires lot of commitment, effort and discipline. The activities that are planned have to be completed in time and executed with perfection. I have been a part of many events and one such event is launching of the executive planning for the State on behalf of my organisation.
Its a grand event which requires planning to perfection as any one mistake or error is going to make or break the image of our organisation. The feeling to represent the organisation on such a big forum is itself quite an overwhelming experience. This is not only an opportunity but a life time experience which is going to have an everlasting impact on the way I see myself. Its time to give my best and get the best out of my colleagues.
