Are you a person who takes decisions based on discussions ? Do you believe in discussion on your ideas ? Do you discuss ? Well Its a personal choice but many a times you don’t have an option but to discuss before doing any thing. In Office environment there are many instances where you need to discuss and deliberate before taking any action. So what does discussion bring to the table ?
Its an exercise where you seek everyone’s opinion before taking any action because all are the stakeholders are involved, many a times you discuss with elders and seniors because they are much more experienced and will give you a better advice. Its often seen that the discussions are fruitful if done in a focused manner without diverting on other things, as it soon turns out to be just gossip. I am sure the next time you start any discussion you will make sure that it is result oriented and does not consume much of your time.
